Week 15 of my 50k Ultra Training is complete, and below is my summary for the week.

Total mileage: ~41mi/66km
Summary
This was my last long week! From now until the race (3 weeks away), I will be tapering my mileage down and recovering. Here are the stat’s from this weekend’s long run, which was pretty tough:
I ran on part of the race course but spent most of the time on some tough hills a bit further away, which wore me out but provided some great training. It’s starting to get warmer out now as well, so I need to be prepared for the heat on race day. Here are some pictures of the awesome view!
