Summary
This was another crazy week of travel and not a lot of training. Being on the move every couple of days and getting out to see the sights makes it difficult to stick to a training plan, however I’ve done a great deal of walking! Also, the three-day Gibbon Experience (the highlight of our trip so far!) included a lot of great jungle hiking which I will happily count towards my weekly mileage! This upcoming week will be the last of our trip, so it’ll be back to more regular runs starting next Monday.
As always, see my Training Plan for the exact exercises I perform at each workout.
Until next week (from YET ANOTHER new location)!
