Week 13 of my 50k Ultra Training is complete, and below is my summary for the week.

    • AM: 6 mi run on River Trail
    • PM: Weights – Chest & Triceps
  • Tuesday:
    • AM: 30 minute run on treadmill + Weights – Legs
    • PM: OFF
  • Wednesday:
    • AM: 8 mi run on River Trail w/ Elevation Training Mask
    • PM: OFF
  • Thursday:
    • AM: OFF
    • PM: OFF
  • Friday
    • AM: 30 minute run on treadmill + Weights – Legs
    • PM: OFF
  • Saturday
    • AM: 13.1mi run on the race course
    • PM: OFF
  • Sunday:
    • AM: OFF
    • PM: OFF

Total mileage: ~33mi

Summary

Another good week of training with a shorter run on the weekend. I tried out a new route and it was much more technical than expected, so I wasn’t able to get in the distance I was hoping for but it was a good hard workout nevertheless.
