Labor Day weekend 1993 was my first overnight trip Labor Day weekend 1993 was my first overnight trip in @baxterpark (see last photo for a still-relevant food list!). It was the best experience my six-year-old self could have hoped for, and 30 years later I'm glad to be sharing many of the region's incredible natural resources with Lupine and @verotorresz.

A couple nights at Kidney Pond was exactly what we needed!

It was such a pleasure to ascend Katahdin with thi It was such a pleasure to ascend Katahdin with this group to help celebrate Cindy's 60th birthday! Though the weather turned on us at Pamola Peak and the cupcake I packed barely survived the trip, the day was a great success. I hope to still be doing this at that age!
