Summary
This week was the last of our Asia trip, which means I’ll be back in Cyprus and back on a regular training schedule next week. As shown by all of my runs on the treadmill, the weather was just too miserable to be outside. Also, we had just a couple of days in each country so I didn’t want to sacrifice too much of our time by staying in the hotel gym all day. As such, my performance definitely suffered and it’ll take me a while to get back in the swing of things. With my race about 8 weeks away, I’ll have to maximize my long weekend runs to ensure I’m ready when the day comes. That being said, the trip was fantastic and I’m glad I was able to balance some training with enjoying our travels.
As always, see my Training Plan for the exact exercises I perform at each workout.
Until next week!
