Summary
This was a bit of an off week, as I’ve been all over the place. Starting in Chicago, I had a couple of nice (albeit flat) runs along the path next to Lake Michigan and was blessed with having excellent gyms at both the Conrad Chicago and Ritz Carlton Chicago, each of which had full sets of dumbbells, squat racks, and plenty of machines and space for workouts.
On Wednesday, we took off for a long couple days of travel to Hong Kong (See: 2017 Travel Plans) during which I lost an entire day with the time change. Once we landed, it was already Friday morning and jetlag kicked in hard so I didn’t have the time or energy to get a workout in until Saturday. We’re taking off again in the morning and so my workouts will be a bit scarce next week again, but I will get them in when and where I can!
As always, see my Training Plan for the exact exercises I perform at each workout.
Until next week (from YET ANOTHER new location)!
